My experience was very pleasant. They helped me with documentation and some other things which I found to be complicated at that time. The car is still going and I keep it in top shape. I recommend them and must say thanks guys for the pleasant experience during the process. I hope we meet again when I get wish for my next car.

I would give 10 stars if possible!!! Highly, highly recommend! Totally professional team. I have only high words for them! As everyone knows, it is a difficult decision to pay in advance (from behind a computer) for something that you never saw. You do not have to worry about anything with Auto Osman! Entire purchase process it went exceptionally well. The car was exactly like described - perfect condition, nothing hidden. My requests were always answered. Great communication via email, phone and WhatsApp! The team is always willing to help and to support the customer. Full support for documents preparation! It was my first purchase with Auto Osman and everything went out great! It was a export, intra-Community VAT purchase. Instant warranty refund after all documents were sent back! While picking up the car, I was greeted with outstanding friendship. Everything was ready and prepared for a long trip (papers, export numbers, service, tires, cleanness, even gas). I felt pressured by the seller to buy the car. It was either buy the car to test drive it or be left standing there, not knowing whether to take their word that the car functions properly. Regardless, I bought a car elsewhere.
